Dear CCSDS Management Council Members,

The 2006 Spring CCSDS Management Council and ISO TC20/SC13 meetings, scheduled for 27-30 June 2006, will be hosted by the Federal Space Agency (FSA) in Moscow, Russia. Attached is the draft agenda for your review and comment. Logistics and registration are available on CCSDS.org at:

Hotels rooms should be reserved by 1 March 2006 to obtain the price quoted on the Web Site.

The following documentation is necessary to attend the meetings:

		Visa - CMC members should coordinate their Visa applications through their respective agency or embassy. Visa applications should be initiated at your earliest possible opportunity. 

		Letter of Invitation - FSA will provide the Letter of Invitation. Please contact the Secretary of the FSA delegation, Mr. Georgy Tkachenko at tkachenko at nm.ru <mailto:tkachenko at nm.ru>  . A letter of Invitation is necessary for the Visa application and entry into the Russian Federation.

		Additional documentation - The following information should also be submitted to Mr. Tkachenko along with the request for a Letter of Invitation:

			Surname
			Name
			Citizenship
			Date of birth (day, month, year)
			The birthplace
			Sex
			Number and date of distribution of the passport
			Passport is valid up to (day, month, year)
			Place of work
			Mail address
