910.4-P-1.1 - Approval for Formal Agency Review" online poll.

Detailed instructions for participating follow in the message originally
sent on 12 January 2005 and follow at the end of this email.

The poll for this issue will remain open until 2 February 2005.

To date, the following agencies have responded to this poll: BNSC, CNES,
DLR, and INPE.

Non-response by the poll's closing date will be taken as approval for the
proposed action.

The CCSDS Secretariat wishes to send CCSDS 910.4-P-1.1, Cross Support
Reference Model Part 1: Space Link Extension Services (Pink Book) out to the
organization for Formal Agency Review.  Accordingly, a poll has been set up
as follows:

"Shall the CMC recommend that the Pink Book 'CCSDS 910.4-P-1.1, Cross
Support Reference Model Part 1: Space Link Extension Services' has reached a
sufficient level of maturity to be released for Formal Agency Review?"

Poll Opens: 12 January 2005
Poll Closes:  2 February 2005
