[CESG] [CCSDS Fall26] Templates for plenary and CESG reporting

Dear Tomaso,

Aside from your comments, which I tried to address (some open actions for the secretariat pending) there were no other comments. So I believe we can use this new template as baseline. I would suggest that for the plenary you use the same structure as for the Spring meeting, but apply the new template look and feel. Hi Daniel,

just a trivial question about the templates to be used for the plenary and CESG reporting. For the plenary are we going to use the same implemented for the Spring’26? For the CESG reporting instead, you proposed a new template some months ago for which we had a round of comments/feedback via email. Is there now a consolidated version to be used?
For both templates I’d suggest to copy them here<https://spacecomm.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/CESG/Shared%20Documents/Document_Templates?d=w8fa954e68ecd4b70a64823f5eb331b76&csf=1&web=1&e=Ixz5Ie> and maybe remove or copy to an ‘Old’ folder the one currently there (dated 2016 and prepared by Nestor).
