Thank you for your input. The CESG will discuss the proposal and general solutions for the SCID size problem also for other protocols in the Fall meeting and on that basis hopes to make a recommendation to the CMC in the same meeting.

If you are interested, you are of course very welcome to present your proposal to the CESG.

Please find the attached document, in which a proposal from JAXA is described.
Last year, we proposed a modification of the AOS protocol (a reserved field is used for the SCID extension), and that was approved and a new document was published very smoothly.
This proposal is a similar modification proposal for the TC protocol, consistent with the approach adopted in the update on the AOS protocol.

JAXA would like to ask CESG to discuss this proposal in the fall meeting and update the document as soon as possible.
