​In §3.1 The role of Quality Assurance is merged with the role of SW Test Engineer. But Quality Assurance has a dedicated role which is not describe there, as for :

  *   Identify the quality standards applicable to the project
  *   Control the SW development processus to check the quality requirements are fulfilled
  *   Control the SW product quality
  *   …

If the roles are clearly defined, we will vote to adopt it
