[CESG] [EXTERNAL] Meeting today cancelled

OK..
For all the CESG – one thing I’d like to add to the discussion is what can we/should we do about running out of spacecraft ID numbers.
CCSDS defines the length of the field in the frame, but if someone wants to use the V1 8bit SCID, there’s none left for S-band.
SANA is the “recorder of record” for the SCID, but I don’t think we (or they) have any processes for dealing with “we have no more numbers to assign”
