Jim,
We will need just a CMC poll to change color.
Do we have a bullet point or two on why this is occuring?
Thanks!!
Brian

The DDOR folks, responding to a comment from Tomaso in CESG polling, agree that their Magenta book is really more of a Green book. It's already gone through agency review, so it's close to being "ready for release".
I've encountered a similar scenario (much less mature book) where the WG decided to make a Blue book a Magenta book (because it doesn't define enough to assure interoperability with testing, etc.) (this is time-transfer). But that one is still being edited, so I just created a new project for it.
The "big yellow book" doesn't contemplate switching colors on projects/books midstream, but I think we should be able to do it (Maybe we add some words to the yellow book?)
Can we just go in and change the color in the project? (and in the tracking system) And, since Green books don't require agency review, we wouldn't need to repeat that part. I think (?) that it's just changing the -M- to -G- where it occurs in the book number. Does it need a different poll, or do we just note this when it goes for the CESG and CMC polls prior to publication?
