Subject: [EXTERNAL] [CESG] FW: Common Ground Forum - Run of Show and Presentation Request
Dear all,
FYI attached the agenda for the first day of the Spring Meetings, including the Common Ground Forum.
As you can see there is a total of one hour for the AD reports. So, the format should be the same as last time.
However, it would be very good if we could add one thing in each of the reports: A recent adoption success story or two (if applicable) in the area. It is more important than ever that we underline and iterate the critical importance of our work on the key business of our agencies. Here are some examples that could be used (this is all SLS though but I am sure there is st similar in each area):
• 90% of data from Artemis II came through O2O using the CCSDS HPE Optical Standard.
• Successful flight test results for the “Custody Transfer” feature of Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking. GSFC’s BPNode was tested on CAPSTONE to downlink files with Custody Transfer. This is the first use of Custody Transfer per the draft “CCSDS Custody Transfer and Compressed Bundle Status Reporting” Orange Book in space and at lunar distances. CSDS Custody Transfer and Compressed Bundle Status Reporting is under.
• Roman Space Telescope (RST) to be launched in September... using LDPC 7/8 among others
• PSYCHE demonstration (Optical comm standard)
Could I ask you the prepare your slides by 20/05 COB and deliver them to the CWE folder for the meeting so there is enough time for Amber to consolidate?
Kind Regards,
Daniel

Subject: Common Ground Forum - Run of Show and Presentation Request
Dear Presenters,
Thank you again for your participation in the upcoming Common Ground forum on Monday, May 25, 2026. Attached is the current run of show for your review, including your scheduled time and title of your presentation on the agenda. Please take a moment to review the program and let me know if you have any questions or anticipated logistics needs ahead of the forum. To help ensure a smooth-flowing program, I kindly ask that you submit your presentation materials to me no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026, if possible. Receiving presentations in advance will help us coordinate timing, transitions, and technical preparation for the event.
I will also follow up with you closer to the event to provide a finalized run of show, additional logistics information, including where to go and arrival timing for the day of the forum.
Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions prior to the forum. I’m happy to assist with logistics or coordination needs.
Thank you, and I look forward to working with you on a successful program.
Best Regards,
Amber
