[CESG] A proposal for CESG meeting tomorrow: path toward a CCSDS ACM standard ?

Dear Daniel, dear all,

Andrea received a CNES proposal to explore path toward a CCSDS ACM standard. Andrea, Clemens and I think that it is a good idea.

Since Clemens should travel during this virtual CESG meeting, we suggest that I would present 5 min this proposal during our meeting tomorrow, with a discussion to follow. Would you agree with such a 5 min presentation ?
