Hi Simon,

 

Typically the second and third reviews must be triggered once for example
the ongoing interoperability testing highlights some flaws or leaks in the
current version of the draft specification, so that its upgrade will deviate
from the one subject of the first review and RIDs raised at that point in
time. Another possibility is that the WG recognizes to add new features
initially not considered, etc. Difficult to condense all possible cases in a
single condition.

Hi Simon,

 

Just a minor comment (if I understand correctly the diagram): for the second
and subsequent agency reviews currently no CESG approval poll is taking
place. This is happening only for the first agency review (RED-1).
