Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2017-01-002: Approval to release CCSDS 524.3-B-1, MO –MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER BINDING TO HTTP TRANSPORT AND XML ENCODING, for CCSDS Agency Review

The MOIMS AD,

CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/SM&C Working Group has completed the work, including internal reviews, on the proposed draft Recommended Standard for “MISSION OPERATIONS – MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER BINDING TO HTTP TRANSPORT AND XML ENCODING”,

and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the SM&C WG Chair and of the MOIMS AD,

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document as a draft Recommended Standard for CCSDS Agency Review.
