Resolution MOIMS-MPS WG-R-2025-11-001: Approval to publish the Blue Book CCSDS 529.1-R-1, Mission Operations—Mission Planning and Scheduling Services

The MOIMS AD,

CONSIDERING that the Mission Operations—Mission Planning and Scheduling Services (529.1-R-1) is a chartered project of the MPS WG and has undergone Agency Review,

RECOGNIZING that the book has been updated in accordance with the Agency Review RID dispositions in agreement with the RID authors,

and RECOGNIZING that the recommendations have been successfully prototyped,

REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the polls to release the recommendation as a CCSDS Blue Book.

The following documents are included at the link below:


  *   The updated Red Book after the Agencies Review, with all Agencies RIDs implemented
  *   The RID table with all changes of the Red Book, and the concurrence of the Agencies Review Coordinators with the implemented changes
  *   The SANA Registry artefacts referenced in the Blue Book, also provisionally available on the SANA Production Registry
  *   The Interoperability Test Report (ESA and DLR), consisting of two volumes: volume 1 on the Services Prototyping and volume 2 on the File Formats Prototyping
