[CESG] [CCSDS] BPv7 orange book ready for CMC poll

Dear All,

As already mentioned in previous exchanges, the RIDs raised by Ignacio during the CESG poll have been fully dispositioned in a new version of BPv7 Orange book, which in quality of SIS AD I've now approved. In light of this, the next step is now to instruct a CMC poll towards the publication approval of the book (whose clean version you can find herewith attached).
As already mentioned to Brian, my proposal would be to perform all the necessary final cosmetics on the document after the document is approved at CMC level, in order not to waste additional time now.
