[CESG] CMC: Do you have other nominees for this open deputy working group chair?

The position of Deputy Chair of the System Architecture working group has been vacant for a few years.  We now have a candidate from the UKSA that the CESG is positive on.  Paul Thompson’s short bio is below.

The CCSDS process calls for all agency representatives to have an opportunity between now and 30 days from now to inform us if there are other nominees.

Hi Jim,

As requested, a short bio for me for my nomination as deputy chair (or co-chair if that’s preferred?) for the systems architecture working group. Please let me know if you need me to pad it out a bit.

Paul is an electronics systems engineer with around 15 years’ experience in the domain, developing communications systems for Martian and lunar spacecraft applications. He currently works for RedSpace Ltd, and represents the UK Space Agency in the Systems Engineering Area (SEA).
