[CESG] [EXTERNAL] Plenary Agenda update

According to the initial indications provided by Daniel, the idea was to give every area 5 min with SLS receiving 7 min, since typically it has a lot of material to be presented.
I understand the point of making plenary more attractive with a series of talks and presentations before the area workplan for the week, but if we are shrinking the area presentations so much, what is the added value of telling everything so quickly?
Just to be provocative, we could then even skip area presentations since any case all WG members know what will happen during the week…

Sami,
I feel that 3 minute allocation for each Area Director is too short, especially when it includes the transition time between speakers.

My suggestion is to allow 5 minutes for each Areas.    That means we’ll need 12 additional minutes (2 minutes each for 6 areas).   It can be done by:

  *   Reduce my time on the Success stories by 7 minutes (to be combined with Daniel’s time slot, making it 10:05-10:13).
  *   Delay the start of intermission time by 5 minutes (start at 10:45).
