[CESG] Upload link location not available for CESG members to upload

Dear Amber,

I just tried to upload via the link provided in your email below, and even though I'm signed into the CWE I do not have any permission for upload. I noted that the folder is marked as being for CMC members only and is indicated as being restricted to CMC members only.

In the past, there was typically a CESG location where all of the CESG presentations were uploaded and then an amalgamated report was put together by the CESG chairs.  Given that I will not be available past the end of today to work on this prior to the CMC meeting, I have taken the liberty of placing the latest CSS area report into the CESG meeting location which is the same as that used for the May 2024 CESG meeting -- https://cwe.ccsds.org/cesg/docs/CWE%20Private/Meetings/2024%20Spring%20Meeting%2C%20Washington%20DC%2C%20USA/CESG%20Meeting%2C%20May%206%2C%202024

São Paulo time is GMT-3, thus an hour ahead of EDT and 4 hours ahead of PDT, for reference.
