[CESG] CMC Meeting Agenda

Thank you all for your feedback. I will update the invitation for the CMC's meeting tomorrow to 1400 UTC. Please note that this will only effect the meeting on Tuesday, 14 June 2022. The following days 15 and 16 June 2022, the CMC will meet at 1300 UTC as previously scheduled.

Thank you also for confirming your attendance for Thursday, 16 June. So far five agency representatives have confirmed they will be in attendance. They are:
-CNES
-CNSA
-CSA
-JAXA
-ROSCOSMOS

Six agencies are required to be present for a quorum. If you have not responded yet, please do let me know. I have also heard from four representatives who will not be in attendance on 16 June. They are:
-DLR
-ESA
-INPE
-NASA

As suggested by Klaus the start up at 14:00 UTC (closing at 16:00 UTC) is fine with me over the three (3) days stretch. Incidentally, the 16th is a National holiday (Corpus Christi) for us in BR.

Sami Asmar has informed me that he will be unable to attend the meeting on Thursday, 16 June, as he will be returning from a business trip at that time. I believe that the same day, 16 June, is a holiday at ESOC as well. To insure we have a majority of CMC members present, please inform me of your ability to attend the CMC meeting on Thursday, 16 June 2022.
