[CESG] CCSDS - SIS area draft projects ready for CMC polls

Forgive me for the trouble:

We have documented UI improvements for further updates; the system could use modernization and enhancements.  Getting to the Edit form for a draft project can sometimes take some effort if you return to the draft project later.

Step 2) Make sure you are signed in on the top Right Corner of the page
Step 3) Click on the “View Draft Projects” under the “Projects” section
Step 4) That will open the page at: https://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/AllOpenChartersWithDraftProjects.aspx
Step 5) Click on the Edit Icon to the left of the project name
Step 6) Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Request CMC Poll” button
Step 7) Check Box and Click Save

On your behalf, I clicked the Request CMC Poll checkbox for all 4 projects in order to kick off the process.  The only checkmark left is for Klaus-Jergen to approve.  To expedite, I will bundle the 4 projects up and send them to him.  Once that approval is done, we can setup the CMC polls.
