SEA-R-2021-11-01: Request that the CESG approve Chris Volk as SEA DDOR WG Deputy Chair

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The DDOR WG has proposed Chris Volk as the DDOR WG Deputy Chair, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed and approves this appointment.

And RECOGNIZING that:

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4) Sec 2.3.2.3.n states that the CESG is responsible for approving WG Chairs and Deputy Chairs, and that
The AD must make the request of the CESG for concurrence, and that;
This WG is a small one, with a very limited group of international experts to draw from.

and that,

The Sec WG has, by consensus, requested this proposed appointment, and that;
The SEA AD requests that the CESG approve the appointment of Chris Volk as the Deputy WG Chair.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat initiate a poll asking the CESG to approve this request.
