[CESG] CESG-P-2020-02-007 Approval to publish CCSDS 660.2-G-2, XML Telemetric and Command Exchange (XTCE) (Green Book, Issue 2)

Dear CESG Members,

Conditions for approval of CCSDS 660.2-G-2, XML Telemetric and 
Command Exchange (XTCE) (Green Book, Issue 2) have been disposed to 
the satisfaction of the AD(s) who voted to approve with conditions. 
The Secretariat will now proceed with CMC polling to authorize publication.

Tom,

I am trying to close out some 2020 actions I had.  660.2 was approved for publishing except for one 
comment from Erik Barkley asking for a reference to a schema file.

In the attached mod, I highlighted a mod in section 1.3 to include the reference as a reference 
document with URL and in section 2.1 I added a sentence to explain its existence.  

If you can incorporate these two changes, then I believe the document can be formally published.
