[CESG] Retirement of Scott Burleigh - SIS Area Director

Dear CMC Members,

On behalf of Sami Asmar, concluding his years of service to CCSDS, Scott Burleigh, SIS Area Director, will be retiring in June of this year and vacating his CCSDS responsibilities. I want to thank Scott for his contributions to CCSDS and wish him the best of luck.

The Secretariat will subsequently make a formal request for candidates to succeed Scott.
