Dear CESG chair,

The following resolution has been approved by SOIS AD.

Resolution SOIS-WIR WG-R-2020-11-001: Request  to Start Agency Review of Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services- Wireless Proximity Network Communications Red Book (883-0-R-1) 

CONSIDERING that the SOIS Wireless Working Group:
 * Has completed working group development of,  and has reviewed the CCSDS 883-0-R-1 Wireless Proximity Network Communications, and has consensus on requesting to start Agency Review for the named draft Blue Book.

RESOLVES to request CESG & CMC to approve starting the Agency Review of CCSDS 883-0-R-1 Wireless Proximity Network Communications Draft Blue Book and RECOMMENDS that the CESG & CMC approve this resolution and, finally REQUESTS that CESG & CMC polls be conducted to accomplish this
