[CESG] Resolution to publish for Agency Review SIS-MIA-R-2020-07-001

Hi, Tom.  We believe the second Red Book for RTP over DTN is now ready for Agency review.  The document is attached; resolution follows.

The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the SIS Motion Imagery and Applications Working Group has resolved all RIDs filed per the Agency review of CCSDS 766.3-R-1, the first Red Book draft of the “Specification for RTP as Transport for Audio and Video Over DTN”,

AND RECOGNIZING that the Working Group has completed work on a second draft of this specification,

RESOLVES to request that CESG and CMC release CSCSD 766.3-R-2 “Specification for RTP as Transport for Audio and Video Over DTN” for CCSDS Agency review,
RECOMMENDS that the CESG and CMC approve this resolution and, finally
REQUESTS that CESG and CMC polls be conducted to accomplish this.
