Oh. I get it now. Bed-Time reading for Peter. Two hundred and thirty nine pages of exciting protocol specs to keep me awake at night.
So why should I spend my valuable time reading this? Who is proposing it and for what purpose? Is this some new freight train barreling down the tracks toward the usual damsel in distress or just a casual suggestion for my education?
