Hi Peter,

Line 3: They are defined in CCSDS 520.1-M-1, I'll update the document as you propose
with that reference.
Line 7: Indeed it would require a large change to the existing works. So I think for now
I'm happy to add descriptive text in.
Line 10: Yes, I'll update the document and put the XML in SANA. On this note I should
also let you know that we've made sure SANA is up to date for our existing
specifications.

Let me know if that is all ok and I'll make the changes to the document.

Cheers,
Sam

Hi Sam,

Sorry for the delay, and thanks for the reminder. Have had other things on my mind, as
you might imagine. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Strange times.

See attached. I am ok with most of these resolutions, but identified issues with three:
*?????????Line 3
*?????????Line 7
*?????????Line 10

Please review and propose fixes.

Thanks, Peter

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your comments on the review of the Common service blue book. I've
extracted them into an Excel sheet and put our responses in there. Could you review
and respond please?

I've started the process of getting the updated XML into SANA but I won't send them the
XML just yet until the updates are agreed with you in case there is any changes
required. As you know our book are generated from the XML so certain changes in the
book can require a change in the comments in the XML (I don't think this will be the
case but you never know).

Best regards,
Sam.

Hi Jonathan,

With regard to your condition on the MO Common Services book (see below), it should have
been done before we got to this stage, so that's my fault. I've requested the XML to be uploaded
to SANA (as of yesterday) and the book has been updated with the correct URLs.

Does this satisfy your condition enough to allow the publication process to continue?

Best regards,
Sam.

Approve Unconditionally: 3 (50%) (Merri, Béhal, Burleigh)

Disapprove with Comment: 0 (0%)
CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions): There are a number of issues with this document that
must be fixed before it is published.

Scott Burleigh (Approve Unconditionally): A question, not a condition: are the Consolidated
RIDs listed in the Attachments the RIDs that were submitted for the most recent Agency
Review? There seem to be 35 accepted RIDs of "Technical Fact" in that list, and I would expect
that a supplementary Agency Review would be required following the disposition of that many
RIDs of that class.

Jonathan Wilmot (Approve with Conditions): In the document it states that the SANA references
will be updated, but I did not see an associated schema for 522x.0b0 as being registered yet ref
https://sanaregistry.org/r/moschemas. Should the schema be in place before the book is
published?
