[CESG] Second Correction to Meeting Demographic Report

Jonathan Wilmot has brought to my attention that the was an error in the report of SOIS-APP and SUBNET Working Group Attendance. I have corrected the report to include the three ESA attendees of the Working Groups' sessions.
