Resolution MOIMS-DAI WG-R-2019-11-001: Approval to release CCCSDS 
650.0-P-3, REFERENCE MODEL FOR AN OPEN ARCHIVAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (OAIS), 
for CCSDS Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/DAI Working Group has completed the work, 
including the archive community review, on the proposed draft Recommended 
Practice on ?REFERENCE MODEL FOR AN OPEN ARCHIVAL INFORMATION SYSTEM 
(OAIS?,
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the DAI WG Chair 
and of the MOIMS AD/DAD,
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group release the document 
for CCSDS Agency Review.
