[CESG] [EXTERNAL] Re: Draft MoM of CESG Meeting

Dear all,
                 I have some severe concerns about some of the revisions 
that are being made to the draft Minutes that Margherita issued on 
Wednesday. Various changes are being introduced that do not, to my 
recollection, reflect what was actually discussed during the meeting. MoM 
are not meant to contain detailed technical arguments (and certainly not 
add additional content not discussed at the meeting) , but reflect the 
significant points of discussion and capture the decisions made and 
actions allocated.

With this in mind I would propose, unless anyone identifies significant 
inaccuracies or omissions, that Margherita issues the original draft as 
the formal MoM.

Please see provided feedback on Mario's comments.  I believe that the PUS, 
and the MAL, are very different in nature and "footprint".  I do not think 
that they are "equivalent", but I do believe that there is a certain level 
of parallel features at a functional level in terms of what is exposed.
