SEA-R-2019-05-01 Initiate the poll to approve creation of the Time Management Working Group

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Time Management BoF has developed a draft Charter, created a plan in the Management Framework, and identified a WG chair and deputy chair, and that
The Charter includes the required items and an initial set of agreed terminology, and that
The BoF has achieved consensus on these items.

And RECOGNIZING that:

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 2.3.4 states:

If the AD recommends acceptance of the proposal, the draft charter, project definition, and resource profile, accompanied by a CCSDS concept paper (see 6.1.3) outlining its technical scope, is forwarded to the CESG for a decision.
 and that,

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) requires that an AD shall ask the CESG and CMC to review and approve creation of the WG, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed these documents and determined that the document is ready for to be approved.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat prepare the necessary CESG and CMC polls for WG approval, and that
The Secretariat initiate a poll requesting CESG and CMC approval to start this WG.
