[CESG] CESG-P-2019-06-002 Approval to publish CCSDS 142.0-B-1, Optical Communications Coding and Synchronization (Blue Book, Issue 1)

Dear CESG Members,

Conditions for approval of CCSDS 142.0-B-1, Optical Communications 
Coding and Synchronization (Blue Book, Issue 1) have been disposed to 
the satisfaction of the AD(s) who voted to approve with conditions. 
The Secretariat will now proceed with CMC polling to authorize publication.

Peter:

The title of the annex in which the terms are defined states that it
is an INFORMATIVE annex, so it is unclear to me how you came up with
the condition.

(I did neglect to add and extra "INFORMATIVE" to the informative
references annex, but that seems redundant.

Please respond to this email indicating whether your condition is satisfied.
