[CESG] Registration to Fall Meeting - CESG Members please review your entries following an error in the CWE site

Dear CESG Members,
concerning the registration to the Fall Meeting in Berlin, it had been 
spotted a while ago that on the Registration page of CWE  the joint 
CESG-CMC meeting was shown to only take place in the mooring of 23 
October. This was wrong, as the joint CESG-CMC meeting is supposed to last 
the whole day (in this case: . on 23 October) and, actually, the 
experience showed that sometimes the meeting spills over into the 
following morning (in this case,  on 24 October).
The error has been reported and then fixed by Michael on the CWE

The problem is that, now, some of the CESG members have registered 
according to the old schema, and some according to the new one.
I recall that CESG members are supposed to attend the management meetings 
as follows:

CESG Meeting : all day ( on 22 October)
Joint CESG-CMC Meeting; all day ( on 23 October)
Joint CESG-CMC Meeting : morning  - as contingency  (24 October)


For those AD/DAD  who registered before the error was corrected  : please 
review your registration entries, and make sure that your attendance 
sticks the schedule given above.
