[CESG] CESG Meeting on 22 October - Draft Agenda

Margherita, All,
        One issue about reporting: can we make sure  that the finalised 
CESG Report will be in the 16/9 format?

This means that input in narrower format (4/3) shall be merged into the 
16/9 format and not vice versa (i.e. nobody obliged by me to deliver 16/9)

As I am very lazy and SLS Area is going to work on the 16/9 format, I 
would like that all the formatting effort we do producing the SLS Report 
does not go banana merging it into a 4/3 ppt.  :o)

Dear All, 
I attach hereto the draft Agenda for the CESG Meeting on Monday 22 
October. 

As usual , the topics for the afternoon will be set once the issues from 
the Areas' reports  have been assessed , during the respective 
presentations in the Morning. 
Still, few non-critical topics are there, which can be postponed, in case 
. 
Given  that the joint CESG/CMC meeting will take place on the following 
day,  I want to reserve some time, in the last part of our Monday's 
meeting,  to work on (our part of)  the agenda for the joint meeting. 
Also, we shall aim at having the MoM ready by the end of the day (too 
challenging ?) . 
If you have comments,  just let me know.
