Dear CESG Members,
Conditions for approval of CESG-P-2017-09-001 Approval to release CCSDS 734.5-R-1, CCSDS Streamlined Bundle Security Protocol Specification (Red Book, Issue 1) for CCSDS Agency review have been resolved to the satisfaction of the AD who voted to approve with conditions. The Secretariat will now proceed with CMC polling.

OK, pretending that I didn’t just FORGET to do PICS for section 4, the attached has them. This version is also different from the last in that I actually moved text to a normative annex (deleting the chapter it used to comprise).

As far as I could check it looks that you are accepting and implementing all PIDs but SLS-05 as the clauses defined in section 4 are still missing in Annex A (unless WinWord is hiding something to me).

Attached are the SIS-DTN proposed dispositions of the PIDs you submitted during the CESG review to release the document for agency review. I believe I was able to address all of your concerns; the text of the PIDs is in the markup as comments.
Please let me know if the attached addresses your concerns or the areas where it does not.
