With regard to the last bullet of the presentation,  should it be removed?  If not, can any elaboration be provided as to what is to be addressed re CSS Functional Resource Model?   There is only the bullet text and no further text is provided.

Also, for your information, as of Monday evening, Pacific Time, ESA has not voted with regard to the DAD poll for the CSS Area.
