[CESG] Updated version of CESG notes - webex on 1oth Sept 2017

My apologies for the late update to the notes but with regard to the CSTS WG Chair, I believe the CESG voted unanimously to confirm Holger Driehahn as the new working group chair and not to nominate him. Can you please update the notes to indicate this?  For reference the text from the notes is shown below with appropriate text highlighted in red.

"Confirmation of Holger Dreihahn, effective 1 January 2018 as the CSTS WG Chair
ESA is the only Agency proposing a WG Chair. Holger is working in the CSTS WG since 3 years.
CESG resolved to nominate Holger Dreihahn as CSTS WG Chair with effect from 1st January 2018.
As no candidate nomination was received for Deputy Chair, the position is currently vacant (not clear if current Deputy Chair is still working in the WG. He is not registered for the next meeting yet)"
