Erik, 
        knowing the queue llows to know the expected fate or your product 
and for sure is good for schedule planning including what you can expect 
to discuss or not to discuss in a face to face to meeting or even in 
intermediate webex.

But clearly this is a matter of opinions.

If the discussion is documented in the notes, which is okay with me, then 
my recommendation is to also note that at least half of the majority of 
ADs (if my memory is correct – SEA, CSS, SIS, SOIs) indicated that they 
did not find the document queue significant in informing the planning for 
their respective areas.  MOIMS and SLS area indicated that it was useful 
(again if my memory is correct). 
 
A further follow-up question I would have is how is this useful?  For 
example, does the document queue status affect the submission of books for 
various polls?  If so, how?

Hi Nestor, 

You have not recorder the discussion on the document queue list. As I said 
during the webex, I consider this as mandatory tool for anyone actively 
working in CCSDS, from the WG member, to the WG chair, to the AD, up to 
the CMC members. I suggest that you record in the MoM that this discussion 
took place and that two opposite opinions were recorded. Based on this, I 
would escalate the issue to the CMC for resolution.
