[CESG] CESG Poll Extended

Due to the CCSDS Technical Meetings, it appears that the following CESG poll received limited voting (only received 3 votes - MOIMS AD, SEA AD, and SIS AD).   The Secretariat has extended the closure date to December 4th, 2017.
