The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the “Mars Mission Protocol Profiles—Purpose and Rationale” Green Book, Issue 1, is dated July 2008, and

RECOGNIZING that agencies’ strategic vision for Mars missions has evolved substantially since that date, particularly with regard to the utilization of Delay-Tolerant Networking protocol standards, therefore

RESOLVES to retire this Green Book.
