CESG wpuld have not been able to approve Matt's appointment id CMC was not 
polled before.
I think I also mentioned that some agencies reported "no candidate and 
full support to Mat:

Ok.  I do not think that was stated during the meeting, but if it has been 
done I completely agree with the outcome.
 
We should make the minutes reflect that situation, since it was not clear 
before.

Peter, 
        you corrected as follows 

·        CESG approves unanimously the nomination of Matt Cosby (UKSA) as 
SLS-SLP WG deputy Chair (agree to ask CMC if they have any other 
candidates) 

 but CMC was already polled for candidates before San Antonio meetings. 
Therefore this change shall be rejected.
