I will be out of the country from today, 18 March, through 29 March.  I'll be in China on personal business and will not have access to my NASA computers or phones.  Accordingly I will have to miss this telecon.

I trust that Wallace and others will adequately represent my SEA interests.  You will all just have to seek compliance with the existing CCSDS Procedures on your own, without the "Pope" to nag at you.
