Resolution MOIMS-NAV WG-R-2017-07-001: Approval to publish the Blue Book 
CCSDS 509.0-R-1.3, POINTING REQUEST MESSAGE
The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the book Pointing Request Message (509.0-R-1.3) is a 
chartered project of the NAV WG and has undergone Agency Review,
RECOGNIZING that the book has been updated in accordance with the Agency 
Review RID dispositions in agreement with the RID authors,
and RECOGNIZING that the recommendations have been successfully 
prototyped,
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the polls to release the 
recommendation as a CCSDS Blue Book.
