Fair enough.  The main point is that the updates are underway, not that the book is "stuck".  I too am quite confident that the updates will be proper, but yes they will need to be checked.

Erik, being picky we can say that there is agreement on the way the conditions WILL be resolved. The actual changes will have to be checked. I am quite confident but as general approach for any book we should state conditions solved only after originator's confirmation.

Slide 5:  yes there were conditions on MD-CSTS but the slide gives the impression, to me, that this is in limbo.  The situation is that the conditions have been resolved satisfactorily and the book is being updated in accordance with the condition resolutions.
