Resolution MOIMS-NAV WG-R-2017-12-001: Approval to release CCSDS 508.1, 
Re-Entry Data Message, for CCSDS Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/NAV Working Group has completed the work, 
including several internal reviews, on the proposed draft Recommended 
Standard for ?Re-Entry Data Message?,
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the NAV WG Chair 
and of the MOIMS AD,
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document 
as a draft Recommended Standard for CCSDS Agency Review.
