Oops.  In my haste, an error: we hereby resolve to submit the Schedule-Aware Bundle Routing specification - not the Streamlined Bundle Security Protocol specification - for Agency review.

The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the Delay-Tolerant Networking Working Group

  *   Is chartered to standardize a space networking protocol and supporting protocols and conventions,
  *   Specifically recognizes routing protocols among those supporting protocols and conventions, and
  *   Has reached consensus on a Schedule-Aware Bundle Routing specification designed to serve as a suitable routing protocol for space networking operations,

RESOLVES to submit the Streamlined Bundle Security Protocol specification for Agency review.
