The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that network management will be a core concern of delay-tolerant network operations in the Solar System Internet, and

RECOGNIZING that a Draft Project to develop a DTN Network Management Green Book that will describe the requirements, operations concepts, and rationale for a CCSDS Bundle Protocol Network Management *system*, including the need for a CCSDS BP Network Management *protocol*, has been posted, therefore

RESOLVES to submit this Draft Project to the CCCSDS Management Council for approval.
