The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the Delay-Tolerant Networking Working Group

  *   Is chartered to standardize a space networking protocol and supporting protocols and conventions,
  *   Has been approved to describe a CCSDS profile of the Bundle Security Protocol based on the revised simplified security protocol currently in work within IETF, and
  *   Has reached consensus on a Streamlined Bundle Security Protocol specification that accomplishes this objective,

RESOLVES to submit the Streamlined Bundle Security Protocol specification for Agency review.
