[CESG] First CCSDS General Presentation to IOAG:

Dear all,

I have suggested to the IOAG to divide our presentation in 3 smaller ones. 

General
SC#1 and SC#2
SC#3

The general one is attached below ( as presented 1 hour ago to the IOAG) 
and uploaded to the CWE



The SC#1 and #2 presentation will be done in 2 or 3 hours

The last one is for tomorrow.  This will give me time to consolidate it. . 
I would like some feedback, in particular from MOIMS, to Peter's comments.
