[CESG] MOIMS Comments to IOAG/MOSSG Report + comments from other Areas

Dear all,

I need to consolidate the CESG comments to the MOSSG report and Serv Cat 3 
(both docs not yet approved by IOAG) in order to give our 1st CCSDS 
assessment during the next IOAG meeting in Montreal

Please let me have your Area comments by 22nd Sept cob on
both docs (distributed by me on 22nd August )
MOIMS comments to both docs (mail distributed today by Mario).
