[CESG] Revised SIS-VOICE Book addressing CESG RIDS

Attached are the proposed RID dispositions and a revised book that incorporates them as a response to the CESG RIDs.

Can you take a look to see if these address your concerns?  I’d like to work out as much as we can before the Rome meetings.
