[CESG] Update of unrealistic start / end dates in the CWE Draft Projects

REMINDER

Dear all,
Considering that the CMC will deliver comments on our Draft projects, I 
have done a sanity check and found unrealistic start / end dates for some 
draft projects.
Therefore I would like to ask you to update them in the CWE as follows

NOTE: It takes 5' to modify 2 dates
